Day 1

Techno Talk & Ingenious Ideas

November 19, 2014

The first day of the Summit comprised two events; Techno Talk and Ingenious Ideas. Techno Talk is comprised of three short talks designed to give us an idea of current and upcoming trends and innovations in the academe, industry and government scenes fo EEE. This aims to motivate us students to build upon the foundations of these innovations or to create our own, to give us information that will prove useful in our future workplace, and to raise our awareness of the social implications of technology in the Philippine setting. Indra gave its first talk, second is from PAGASA that talked about Project Noah and the other speaker talked about the Smart Power Grid. In the afternoon session, Ingenious Ideas happened. Ingenious Ideas encourages us to think out of the box in order to solve problems relevant to today's society. Neonizer & BumbleBus of PUP and the Tabi-Tech of NU had won the said event. Unfortunately our three Ideas didn't make to the top 3 like the Transparent Solar Panel of UPang, but everyone did enjoy the first day. :)

Day 3

Dynamic Discourse

The third day of the Summit is Dynamic Discourse, where the participants/we visited Meralco and Whose Sale Electricity Market. This makes us become familiar with two companies and their work lifestyle. It also give ideas on how professionals use knowledge they've acquired inside their classrooms and laboratories in solving problems in the real world.

Day 4

Corporate Connection
November 22, 2014

The last day of the Summit is Corporate Connection at the Balay Kalinaw, University of the Philippines-Diliman. This company mixer enabled us and company representatives alike to mingle and further their talk to anyone. At the end of the mixer, the winners of Project Synergy Talk, New Event & Synergy Points Card announced, and the certificates has been awarded also to all of the participants.
